Transaction Data Advanced
Transaction Data Advanced (TDA) is an add-on to Transaction Data that improves data completeness and quality before a user continues to the next step of your journey.
What TDA does (principle)
Analyses bank data in real time after each account aggregation
Helps you capture more complete and decision-ready data before the user proceeds
Goal: improve lending decision quality and increase conversion
How it works
After each account aggregation, TDA runs automatic checks on the collected data. You can configure the validation criteria, for example:
Low activity score on the account
No transactions categorized as income
Internal transfers detected (suggesting another relevant account exists)
If the aggregated account does not meet one or more criteria, TDA prompts the user to aggregate an additional bank account without breaking the journey flow.
User flow (high level)
Account 1 aggregated - the user shares their first bank account
TDA checks run - activity score, income presence, internal transfers
Additional account requested (if needed) - the user is invited to aggregate another bank account, without interruption to the journey
Richer dataset - more complete / exhaustive inputs for decisioning, improved acceptance rate and compliance with CCD2 (EU Consumer Credit Directive 2)
Benefits
More reliable input data for decisioning
Fairer analysis based on more complete account coverage
Higher acceptance rate
Supports compliance with the CCD2 directive
Results (observed)
Metric | Without TDA (single aggregation) | With TDA | Impact |
|---|---|---|---|
Low activity score rate | 11% | 6% | -48% vs single-aggregation setup |
Income presence rate | 70% | 92% | Increase driven by adding a second account when needed |
