Activity Score
Activity Score is an objective indicator of the level of activity of the accounts aggregated by a user.
This score allows you to:
- assess if the aggregated accounts have a standard behavior
- get a sense if the main account(s) of the customer have been aggregated
How it works
In order to evaluate the relevance of the synchronized accounts, the activity score leverages enriched transactions to detect if the accounts aggregated have fair transactional activity, incomes and common expenses, and returns an indicator to rate the relevance of the synchronized accounts for affordability and risk assessment.
How to interpret it
The Activity Score ranges from 1 to 100, and it can be interpreted as follows:
- Below 10: almost no activity
- Between 10 and 19 : insufficient activity
- Between 20 and 49: limited activity
- 50 and above: normal activity
The proportion of users in each range depends on population, but on standard Open Banking customer journeys it is generally expected that there will be less than 10% of users with an activity score below 20 (insufficient activity).
